Reagan curates the best of the literature about productivity and passes it through a Biblical filter and then breaks it down to simple and wise principles that can be adjusted to your particular context.

I've long had the whole ambition and purpose but have been sorely lacking in strategy! I'm thanking the Lord this week for the strategies I am learning in RPA and praying for much growth and the self control to implement them!

While the content of the course is extremely practical, an added benefit of the RPA is being part of a community of like-minded people – I continue to be so encouraged! Live calls with the group are phenomenal, workshops and the Book Club have been amazing as well!

Pat Gause's avatar

RPA is now my go-to for encouragement and guidance as I seek to be "to praise of His glory" in my day to day life. I am learning so much as I engage with this community of believers as seek I to use my time wisely. I cannot be more grateful to the Lord for providing me this amazing resource.

- Pat Gause

I really appreciate how available Reagan is to us. Other groups I've been in only have the moderators who interface with us. Every time I am able to join in on any of the live calls, I come away with something new. I have been encouraged and mentored by others in the group as well.

RPA has been a major blessing to my walk with the Lord, personal life, and ministerial workflow. The community is engaging and there to encourage one another as we walk together. The courses are not just platitudes. It’s real life content to help real people who really want to glorify God in what they do.

- Brad Pearce • Pastor
Scott Wright's avatar

RPA has encouraged me, as a husband, a dad and a pastor to regularly evaluate my time commitments and assess my values to becoming more orderly in my administrative duties in these areas. I am so thankful that, providentially, Reagan started RPA. It is filled with such a great group of people.

- Scott Wright • Pastor
Zack Hinson's avatar

I enrolled in the Academy after reading Reagan's book. I appreciate that this approach to productivity is both practical and biblical. The courses are the most appealing aspect of the Academy for me. I look forward to digesting as many as I can, and applying the principles I learn to my own productivity goals.

Two aspects: 1. The accountability (in book club, quarterly goals). Having a weekly reminder that requires response has kept me more engaged in these as well as keeping my work in general more focused. 2. Inclusion of the Christian/spiritual realm of life - this is missing in all my other productivity experiences and it is key for me to remember in relation to how I work and live.

The courses and content that is offered on RPA is so unique and beneficial. I wish I had access to this material as a young adult transitioning into college. There is so much practical advice and information that could help anyone in whatever life stage they are-make more intentional steps to glorify God. It's rooted in God's Word and His principles that remind you the means and end of our productivity!

James Parker's avatar

You might come for the courses (which are fantastic), but you'll probably stay for the community (which is amazing). Nothing beats being in a community with people who care about the same things for the same reasons you care about them. You're no longer just consuming content alone, you're interacting with the content creator and other like minded people who are on the same journey as you. Come join us!

One question that I had long battled before joining RPA is how do I glorify God in all that I do, especially things of the world that at 1st glance would seem not so spiritual (eg: work, study, etc.). RPA has been of great help to me to understand the right motives behind stewarding the resources entrusted to me by God through the courses and testimonies of other community members. In addition to this, the accountability aspect has been helpful in improving my own battle to be productive in life.

Bryce Reyes's avatar

My biggest struggle in life has been self control, I think that's why Paul put it at the end of the "Fruits of the Spirit", it's the hardest one to achieve. RPA has shown me what it means to practically live a life that is not your own. The easily digestible content and courses remove fears and excuses to make tangible steps toward a focused and productive life for Christ. I am so thankful for Reagan's response to the Lord's calling to help those who struggle with time management find the time to do what truly matters.

- Bryce Reyes
Jessica Boudreaux's avatar

In trying to balance a full-time job with writing my first novel, I realized that I wasn't as organized and productive as I thought I was. The RPA courses have shown me where my shortcomings are and provided me with the knowledge and resources to fill those gaps. Besides the knowledge base, the things that make RPA truly great are the Biblical approach to productivity, and the community. The courses and the structure remind me to look to God through my planning and actions. The community helps me stick with that focus, and offers support and encouragement.
