After 16 years of struggling to consistently follow God’s will, Well Done helped me understand how to identify distractions and what steps I need to take to get on track. It gave me clear, actionable guidance for pursuing His plan. While other self-help books can pull you off God’s path, this course shows how to live and serve for His glory.
The Waypoints to Well Done is an excellent program. I've been using Time Management techniques for many years but this is the first one that brings the Spiritual component into planning by asking "How do my goals, projects, and tasks bring glory to God?" Taking the time to understand this brings clarity and purpose to all that you are doing.

Two aspects: 1. The accountability (in book club, quarterly goals). Having a weekly reminder that requires response has kept me more engaged in these as well as keeping my work in general more focused. 2. Inclusion of the Christian/spiritual realm of life - this is missing in all my other productivity experiences and it is key for me to remember in relation to how I work and live.
I took part as a student from Germany. What helped me most was the biblical definition of success and viewing the whole topic of productivity from a christian standpoint. I think this academy is is perfect for people who are already into self improvement and want to change their thinking about it, but its also good for people who want to learn from scratch or get an overview.
It really took so much great information on the topic and condensed it into actionable steps. I’ve read many of the books he mentioned on productivity and have applied some of the principles, but with the mindset that it was to squeeze even more into my schedule…to do more for the wrong reasons. This really helped me to slow down and think through the practical application of productivity.
You might come for the courses (which are fantastic), but you'll probably stay for the community (which is amazing). Nothing beats being in a community with people who care about the same things for the same reasons you care about them. You're no longer just consuming content alone, you're interacting with the content creator and other like minded people who are on the same journey as you. Come join us!

There is so much practical advice and information that could help anyone in whatever life stage they are-make more intentional steps to glorify God. I decided to join RPA during my first year of self-employment, seeing the benefits of a supported growth in living well. I see this productivity as a faithfulness, and the work that Reagan and his team have done have been exceptionally valuable for me. In particular, the concept of domains has been quite life-changing. I prefer this interactive community and coursework over the done-and-dusted book approach, as it's more aligned to the reality of productivity as a continuous endeavour.
Before I started the course, I didn’t have a morning routine to give the first fruits of my day to my Heavenly Father. I am enjoying POWER Mornings and the morning routine that Reagan teaches is helping me wake up early and establish a doable routine to spend time with God. My mornings with God has given me so much joy, peace and comfort. I can’t wait to learn more productivity lessons to honor my Father in Heaven with my life.
